Bio
No. 24 was one the best 19th century locomotive in American Railroad History. It worked for the Central Pacific Railroad, and was called The Glendy Engine. The engine was a wood burner during it's early career, then in the 1920s the engine began as a coal burner. Later in the mid 1960s, the locomotive was converted to burn Oil and began working well in it's own. Now today, it's in still operation on the Virginia & Truckee Railway, and it's the pride of the rails.
This steam engine belongs to me!
